By creating an account or using Studimi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it when necessary. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Studimi is intended for students and academic use. You must be eligible to use the Service under applicable law and any rules that apply to you as a student.

You agree to use Studimi in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, spam, or harm others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, including by introducing malware or attempting to bypass security controls.
• Use Studimi in ways that violate university policies, academic integrity rules, or applicable laws.

Studimi includes AI-generated outputs such as summaries, quizzes, tutoring responses, study plans, and recommendations. These outputs are provided for learning support only.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and verifying important information before using it for coursework, exams, or academic submissions.

Studimi does not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, or exam results. Use your judgment and follow your institution’s academic integrity policies.

We strive to keep Studimi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. Studimi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using Studimi at any time. You may permanently delete your account from your profile settings. Deletion removes your account and personal study data, subject to limited retention of anonymized operational or billing records where required for security, accounting, or applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the platform in a harmful or unlawful way.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
